Divided Serving Tray with Lid

A divided serving tray with a lid lets you prep a veggie tray, fruit tray or snack platter ahead of time, store it in the fridge, and carry it to the table or to someone else’s house. The Trust Bliss Snackle Box has 8 removable compartments, a clear lid that clips shut, and mini forks and spoons stored in the lid.

How do you make a veggie tray with a lid ahead of time?

  • Cut carrots, celery, cucumber and peppers into sticks of the same length.
  • Pat everything dry with a towel. Water is what makes cut vegetables go soft.
  • Put each vegetable in its own compartment so flavours do not mix.
  • Keep hummus or ranch in a small sealed jar and set it in the centre when you serve.
  • Close the lid and refrigerate. Most cut vegetables stay crisp for 1 to 2 days.

What works best in a fruit tray with a lid?

Firm fruit holds up best: grapes, blueberries, strawberries, melon cubes, pineapple and apple slices tossed in a little lemon juice. Keep juicy fruit like watermelon in the compartments farthest from anything dry, and add sliced bananas just before serving.

Is a rectangular plastic divided serving tray better than a round one?

A rectangular divided serving tray with a lid fits flat on a fridge shelf, on a car seat and in a tote, and two of them stack. A round tray looks nice in the middle of a table but takes more space in the fridge and does not stack well. The Trust Bliss tray is rectangular, clear plastic, with 8 compartments and a clip lid.

Why removable compartments matter

You can fill each compartment at the counter, lift one out to refill it during a party, and wash them separately. When the party is over, the empty compartments stack inside the box.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep the divided serving tray in the fridge overnight?

Yes. Close the lid and refrigerate it. It is fridge and freezer safe down to -4°F.

Is it microwave safe?

No. The PET tray and lid soften at about 140°F, so keep it out of the microwave and the dishwasher.

Can it hold dips or dressing?

Not loose. The lid is not leakproof. Put dips in a small sealed container and set it in or beside the tray.

How many compartments does it have?

Eight, and each one lifts out.
